Just wanted to share my experience with shilajit to all people considering it. I am a 57 year old contractor and fairly active. I was definitely starting to feel my age though. But once I started take shilajit it was like being 30 again. Just ask my wife😉. It truly is a game changer. Within the first week I experienced so many positive changes.
